Katherine
Sara is absolutely thrilled to be a part of Irvine High School’s stellar production of Freaky Friday. Previously on this stage Sara has played Nautica in Bring it On, Cinderella’s Mother in Into the Woods, and more. Sara is also a head of Irvine’s makeup team. She is so proud of everyone involved with the production and would like to thank her directors for this opportunity, her best friend Beth Motta for being by her side no matter what, and mother for always believing in her.

Beth is so excited to be playing Ellie in Freaky Friday! This is her final spring musical at Irvine High, and she couldn’t have asked for a better cast to share the stage with. Some of her favorite past credits include Kylar (Bring it On) and Lulu (Trois Anneaux). Beth would like to thank her best friend Sara for sticking by her side no matter what, and the directors for giving her this opportunity. Enjoy the show!
Adam
Lorenzo is a sophomore playing Adam in Irvine Highs School’s 2020 Spring Production of Freaky Friday: A New Musical. Lorenzo made his debut in last year’s production of Bring It On as La Cienega, and is thrilled to hit the stage once more. Lorenzo has been performing since he could walk, and enjoys showcasing his variety of musical talents on and off stage. Lorenzo is excited to fine-tune his craft during his time at Irvine High and hopes to pursue a career in theater. Lorenzo would also like to thank his family and friends for being so supportive, and also Mr. C for giving him this opportunity.
Torrey
Shaye is thrilled to be playing Torrey in Freaky Friday! She recently performed in Irvine High’s play, Blithe Spirit in the role of Mrs. Bradman and the Advanced Drama production of The Great Gatsby as Daisy. Shaye is proud to be a part of many performing arts groups, such as Canta Bella and Dance, along with serving as Drama Council’s Vice President. Shaye gives thanks to her family, tech crew, and directors that made this all possible! She hopes you enjoy the show!
Savannah
This is Sofia Chambers’s sixth show here at Irvine High School, and her third mainstage production at Irvine. Some of her favorite roles here include Tybalt in Romeo and Juliet Goes Wrong, Mckinikenickie in Mr. C’s Spooky Musical Hell Dream, and Madame Arcati in Blithe Spirit. Playing Savannah has been a dream come true, and a welcome challenge to expand Sofia’s acting range. Sofia has been performing since she was 8 years old, and she would like to pursue theater in college. She plans to major in Political Science and minor in Drama at Stony Brook University, where she will be playing Division 1 softball as well. She would like to thank her mother and father for always supporting her performance endeavours and her sisters for being the best friends she could ask for. She also would like to thank her fellow cast members for being her second family and believing in her and this show wholeheartedly.
Fletcher
Freshman, Lily Matthey, makes her theatre debut as the role of Fletcher in the Irvine High School production of Freaky Friday. She has been involved in several IUSD choir programs for many years. Lily intends to continue with theatre throughout her high school career. She would like to give thanks to her family for their undying love and support, and to her friends for encouraging her growth.
Mike
This is Jayden’s second production at IHS. He joined this years production because he had so much fun in last years show Bring It On: The Musical. He is very excited about playing Mike in Freaky Friday and has grown as a musician and an actor throughout this process! Jayden is most excited about singing Vows to his “wife”. He wanted to thank all the directors for everything they’ve done and hopes you love and enjoy the show!
Gretchen
Freaky Friday is Bethany’s first production at Irvine High. As a sophomore Bethany hopes that playing the role of Gretchen will push her to do things that are out of her comfort zone. Bethany is currently enrolled in the choir and dance programs at Irvine High School and wants to pursue her dream of getting a degree in music. Bethany would like to thank her parents and grandparents for always pushing her to do her best in everything.
Hannah
Cece is a sophomore and is excited to be in her 3rd main stage production at IHS playing Hannah. She was part of the cast of Trois Anneaux and Bring It On last year and is currently in Canta Bella, Intermediate Drama, and Dance 3. Shows she has done in the past with MTAOC includes Crazy For You, Evita, Chicago, Pinocchio, Mary Poppins (Bird Woman), and Gypsy (Electra/Farmboy). She loves taking piano, acting, and voice lessons as well. She would like to thank all her directors, amazing castmates, along with her friends and family for their constant support! Freaky Friday is Liam’s second production at Irvine High School. As a junior, they participated as part of Truman High School’s cheerleading team in the musical Bring It On. Liam’s plan is to eventually achieve a degree in Musical Theatre in the coming years and would like to thank everyone that has ever supported their voice and pursuit of their dream.

Freaky Friday is Sarah’s second musical production at Irvine High School. She was a part of the musical, Bring It On, last year as a member of the Truman Squad and is very excited to be a part of this year's musical. Now a sophomore, Sarah wants to pursue a career as an actress or a professional singer. As a member of the drama and choir program, she wants to thank all of the teachers and other adults who have helped her get to where she is now.

Freaky Friday is Delilah’s third main stage production here at Irvine High. Her first was a character in an original student production by the name of Trois Anneaux. Her second was this year's fall play, Blithe Spirit. This year, she will be performing as a guidance counselor by the name of Dr. Ehrin, as well as a character named Pastor Bruno. Delilah is looking forward to this production, as it is the first musical she's participated in.

Freaky Friday is Ethan’s second production at Irvine High School. As a senior, this is Ethan’s first (and last) musical, and he couldn’t be more excited to be in it! Having been the Second Watchman in Romeo and Juliet Goes Wrong, Ethan truly takes these roles as a step up and is looking forward to the challenge. Ethan has grown increasingly passionate towards the performing arts department, having been in both choir and drama for 4 years. He is currently in Irvine Singers and Advanced Drama and plans to further advance his knowledge and skills in the performing arts when he goes off to college. Ethan would like to thank his family, Mrs. Peterson, Mr. C, and his friends of the performing arts for always being there, being supportive of his journey, and for creating a wonderful experience of a lifetime. Anaya is making her acting debut as a cast member in Freaky Friday. As a Senior at Irvine High, Anaya has experienced many different performing arts including the Choir program where she is the Alto Section Leader of Irvine Singers. She was also a Bollywood dancer for 6 years. Being in a musical has been her dream since she was a freshman and she is very excited to have achieved that goal her final year. Anaya wants to continue performing in college, where she is planning on majoring in psychology and minoring in musical performance. She would like to thank her family and best friends for providing undeniable support in everything she pursues.

Christian is so excited to be a part of Freaky Friday! Last year he was in running crew for Irvine's production of Bring It On. He is also a member of the Mighty Marching Vaqueros where he plays saxophone. He hopes you enjoy the show.

Freaky Friday is the second Irvine High musical Regina has been a part of. She greatly enjoyed both and looks forward to next year’s. A junior this year, Regina was Milky White in Irvine High’s original production, Mr.C’s Spooky Musical Hell Dream, as well as the understudy for Edith in the fall play Blithe Spirit. Gina wants to thank her family and friends for their support and the Freaky Friday cast for all of the fun times putting this production together.

Freaky Friday is Ryder’s fifth production at Irvine High, and his twelfth production ever. Being his first proper musical production since the sixth grade, Ryder is happy to be back into the realm of musical theatre after so long, and hopes to further develop his skills through productions like these. He’d like to thank his grandfather for being the inspiration behind his portrayal of Grandpa Gordon, and anyone that has ever yelled at him for the the inspiration for Senor O’Brien and Security Guard.

Freaky Friday is Marie’s second musical and fifth production at Irvine High School. Marie was a part of the ensemble and running crew for the last years fall and spring productions of Trois Anneaux and Bring it on! Marie also played Elvira in this year's fall production of Blithe Spirit. Marie would like to thank her family for their love and support. Freaky Friday is Ashlynn’s first show at Irvine High School, although she has performed in various musicals throughout her elementary and middle school years. She is delighted to be a part of the production, and is honored to perform alongside a cast of talented, wonderful people. She hopes to continue participating in musicals through her life, however she can, and especially at Irvine High School. Ashlynn would like to thank her family, but especially her mom, for supporting her and sacrificing her time so that Ashlynn could be a part of this production. Ashlynn would also like to thank her friends, and anyone else who has supported her, especially in the field of music and theater arts.

Freaky Friday will be Carolina’s first musical performance at Irvine High School. Carolina has previously performed as the Mad Hatter and as ensemble in her middle school production of Alice in Wonderland Jr. Being in the ensemble for this musical has been an exciting and memorable experience for Carolina. Freaky Friday is Trista’s first show at Irvine High School. As a sophomore, she plans to audition and be apart of many more productions by IHS. She plans in the future to go to any performing art school of her choice, and pursue a career in musical theater. She is incredibly excited to be apart of her first musical at IHS, and is so excited for her future as a performer.

As a junior, this is Yun-Tzu’s third year of doing high school musicals. Yun-Tzu participated as a tree in her freshman musical, Into The Woods, and as an ensemble member in last year’s Bring It On. Performing arts have always been a big part of Yun-Tzu’s life and which is why she continuously auditions to be in the musical. She also is currently a Wind Symphony, Dance Ensemble, and Irvine Singers member. She loves expressing herself on stage and spending time with the new friends she has made with this cast. She would like to thank her friends and family for their constant support and to the directors for making the show possible.

Starting off as a Freshman at Irvine High School, Freaky Friday is Daniel’s first ever performance at the high school, starring as a member in the ensemble. Prior to this, he has been in 8 other musicals for the IPSF program. He is also in choir, and plans on taking drama and dance his future years. He would like to thank all of his friends who had to convince him multiple times to not cancel his audition, because it was worth it.

Freaky Friday is the first musical that Kimberly has worked on here at Irvine High School. Kimberly is also part of Irvine High’s dance program, and has performed in the dance concert, Sound of Color. Working on the musical has been a great experience for Kimberly, and as a freshman, she is interested in working on more productions in the future. As a junior, Freaky Friday is Jasmine’s second production here at Irvine High School as she was also part of the cast of Bring it On. Being in Canta Bella, Dance 4, Varsity Winter Guard and many other organizations, the performing arts make up a big part of Jasmine’s life. Apart from her love of performing arts Jasmine hopes to pursue a career in the medical field as a physician assistant.
