Lexi is honored to bring the fiery heroine, Jo March, to life onstage in Little Women! Lexi’s highlights at Irvine High School include Eva in Bring it On!, Ruth Condomine in Blithe Spirit, and Danielle/Officer Kowalski in Freaky Friday. Lexi would like to thank Mr. Chittenden, Mrs. Sloate, and Mr. Blackett for giving her the chance to play this amazing character and for everything they have done throughout her time at Irvine High. Jo (Cast 2)
Portraying "Jo" in Irvine High School's production of Little Women has been such an amazing opportunity for Cece this year! As a junior, this is Cece's 3rd musical at IHS where she has played "Hannah" in Freaky Friday as well as a member of the ensemble in Bring It On! Outside of IHS, she has been in eight musicals through MTAOC with her most memorable roles being "Catherine 'Babe' Williams" in The Pajama Game, "Electra" in Gypsy, "Bird Women" in Mary Poppins, and she currently plays "Muzzy" in their production of Thoroughly Modern Millie! She is a member of Irvine Singer and Advanced Drama here at IHS and has the most driven passion for performing that she plans to pursue in her future! Cece would like to thank her directors for this wonderful experience, her entire cast for being so amazing through these strange times, and her friends and family for their constant support!! Thank you for supporting our theater department and enjoy the show!!!
Amy (Cast 1)/Troll (Cast 2)
Genevieve is honored to be a part of her first Irvine High School production as Amy March and The Troll in Little Women. Genevieve fell in love with theater in 4th grade when she saw her elementary school’s performance of The Little Mermaid Jr. Since then, she has participated in local community theater productions, including Sarabi in The Lion King Jr. and Martha in MTV’s production of A Christmas with Scrooge. Currently, Genevieve studies classical voice under renowned mezzo-soprano, Milena Kitic. In the future, she hopes to pursue performance in opera and theater. Genevieve would like to thank her family and their unwavering amount of support.
Troll (Cast 1)/Amy (Cast 2)
Little Women is Isabelle’s second production at Irvine High School. Currently a junior, she has previously performed in the drama showcase Mr. C’s Spooky Musical Hell Dream as an ensemble member. In the future, Isabelle hopes to attend culinary school and pursue a career specializing in baking. She would like to thank the directors for giving her the opportunity to be a part of the cast and her family for encouraging her.
Beth (Cast 1)/Rodriga (Cast 2)
Shaye is thrilled to be playing Beth in Irvine High’s production of Little Women, alongside her sister Lexi as Jo! She has performed in three mainstage productions, the most recent being Freaky Friday (Torrey), and can’t wait to finish her senior year as Blanche DuBois in A Streetcar Named Desire. Shaye is a proud member of Advanced Drama and Irvine Singers, as well as serving as Drama Council President. She has had a wonderful four years being a part of Irvine High’s performing arts department and would like to give a huge thank you to the producer, directors, tech crew, fellow actors, and family who made this experience possible! She hopes that this astonishing and delightful show will exceed your finest dreams!
Clarissa (Cast 1)/Beth (Cast 2)
Little Women is Bethany’s second production here at Irvine High School! Bethany is currently a junior and is so grateful for the opportunity to play “Beth”! Previously, she was in last year’s production of Freaky Friday where she played “Gretchen”! She has been in 2 years of dance 3 and 4 here at IHS as well as is a current member of Canta Bella! Bethany would like to thank her directors for being so giving during these uncertain times, her amazing cast members for creating such a wonderful environment to learn and have fun with, and her family and friends for their constant support for what she loves to do! Meg (Ct 1)/Clarissa (Cast 2)
Little Women is Sarah’s third musical at Irvine High School. She has performed as ensemble in her first show, Bring It On, and she also got to perform as Ms.Luckenbill in last year’s show, Freaky Friday. Sarah is thrilled to get her first lead this year and play the role of Meg March. She hopes that this role will propel her onto bigger roles in the future, and ignite her career in musical theatre. She wishes to give a special thanks to her parents and sister for supporting her journey, and her vocal coach, Marianna Giordano, for helping her gain more confidence and help her improve her singing skills.
Rodriga (Cast 1)/Meg (Cat 2)
As a senior, Little Women is Yun Tzu’s fourth and final musical production at Irvine High School. She has been on stilts as a tree for Into the Woods, learned to cheer for Bring It On, and was part of the ensemble for Freaky Friday. Her passion for the stage extends beyond theatre, consistently dedicating her time towards other performing arts as a member of Dance Ensemble, Wind Symphony, and Irvine Singers. The opportunity for her to express herself on stage and explore different methods to bring a character to life motivate Yun Tzu to participate in musical productions year after year. And as the first named-role Yun Tzu will play, she hopes Meg March will help her develop her professionalism, further enhancing acting, singing, and dancing skills. She is looking forward to performing Little Women, hoping to bring joy to the audience during this COVID-19 quarantine. Lastly, Yun Tzu would like to thank her fellow cast members, directors, friends, and family for always being supportive and making her high school experience the best it can be.
Marmee (Cast 1)/Hag (Cast 2)
Kelly loves her character, Marmee in Little Women. This will be Kelly’s first musical production at Irvine High school. She has spent the past 4 years in the choir program and is currently part of the Irvine Singers ensemble. The choir program has given Kelly many opportunities to perform and now she finally can call herself a theater kid! Kelly will be attending Brigham Young University - Idaho in the fall and hopes to continue to expand her musical horizons. Kelly’s family have been a huge support for her music and they motivate her to continue to perform and share her talents.
Hag (Cast 1)/Marmee (Cast 2)
Little Women is Delilah’s fourth main stage production here at Irvine High. Her first was a character in an original student production, Trois Anneaux, her second was the play, Blithe Spirit, and her fourth role was in the musical Freaky Friday. This year, she will be performing in Little Women as the Hag in the first cast, and in the second cast, she will be playing the role of Marmee. Delilah is a senior this year, making this her final production at Irvine High, however, she plans on continuing her career in acting into college and beyond.
Aunt March (Cast 1)/Mrs. Kirk (Cast 2)
Little Women is Macy's first theatre production at Irvine High School. As a senior, Macy has been involved in many programs including choir and drama. She is currently in Intermediate Drama and a member of Irvine Singers. Macy is incredibly excited to play the role of Aunt March and will use skills learned here in her future. She hopes her experiences will help her pursue her dreams of becoming a choir teacher one day. Macy would like to thank the fantastic Tech Crew, directors and cast members for being so amazing as well as her family and close friends for all the support and love.
Mrs. Kirk (Cast 1)/Aunt MArch (Cast 2)
Little Women is senior Regina’s third and final musical here at Irvine High. She is beyond excited to play Aunt March and be able to perform under these circumstances. Her experience being ensemble and small roles in Bring it On! and Freaky Friday has been a highlight of her high school career. Gina is looking forward to her future at college, but will thoroughly miss performing with her Irvine Drama family. Finally, she would like to thank her friends and family for supporting her as well as the cast and crew of Little Women for making her senior year musical amazing.

Lorenzo is a 17-year-old junior playing Laurie in this year’s production of Little Women. This is Lorenzo’s fourth mainstage production at Irvine High School. Playing characters such as La Cienega in Bring It On and Adam in Freaky friday, and is excited to hit the stage once more! Lorenzo is so thankful to be given this opportunity and would like to thank his directors, family and friends for being so supportive over the years. Lorenzo also hopes to pursue a career in theater.

Little Women is Jack’s first production here at Irvine High School. He is currently part of Irvine Singers, and hopes to pursue music as a hobby in the future. He is extremely thankful for being given the opportunity to be part of the musical this year. He would like to thank his friends and family for their support.
Professor Bhaer
Although this is his first production ever, Justin is no stranger to music, as drum major of the Irvine Mighty Marching Vaqueros and principal Alto Saxophonist of the Wind Symphony and Jazz Band. However, this is his first time acting on stage, so he is grateful to have this opportunity to play Professor Bhaer in this production of Little Women. He would like to thank his family and friends for supporting him, especially his brother Nathan and his falsetto for helping him practice “Small Umbrella in the Rain”

Matteo is a senior of Irvine Highschool this year, known in years past as Richie from Trois Anneaux or Dr. Bradman from Blithe Spirit. Little Women is Matteo’s fourth main production in the Performing Arts Department. As Braxton, a literal storybook villain, Matteo hopes to provide an entertaining viewing experience as a completely black-and-white villain. However as Mr. Brook, Matteo hopes to provide a sensitive, yet joyous mood to the character with unique flair. These productions have served as experience and learning tools to Matteo in his pursuit to join the trade of voice acting. Matteo expresses his deepest gratitude to his family who made his dream possible.
Mr. Laurence, Knight
Standy is a Junior here at Irvine Highschool, and Little Women is his second mainstage show that he will be participating in. This is his first time in the main cast, and he is over the moon to be able to fully showcase his skills up on the stage. Playing Mr. Laurence, he is super excited to step out of his comfort zone and try playing a character that he would not normally see himself as. He is super thankful for his mom who endlessly gives him support, and encourages him throughout the entirety of his highschool drama career. Although he doesn’t want to act on the stage in the future, he is so happy that he was able to make so many lifelong friends while in drama here at Irvine. Standy is so excited for you all to see the show, and he hopes that you all enjoy it!

Little Women is Izzy’s 4th production at Irvine High School. She has previously been the ASM for Blithe Spirit and running crew for Freaky Friday. Little Women is Izzy’s first year of being stage manager for a musical at Irvine High. She would like to thank the cast and crew for all the work they’ve put into this production.

Little Women will be Isabella Wang’s first Irvine High Production. Being Assistant Stage Manager is a huge accomplishment for her, and something she is very proud of. As the lighting designer of Little woman, Donald is proud that he has this opportunity to take a big step in his career in the theater industry. As a Sophomore, this is Geandra’s second production at Irvine Highschool! Geandra was part of the sound team in Blithe Spirit as the sound technician and designer and is delighted to be part of the team yet again for Little Women! Hope is a sophomore and Little Women is her first production at Irvine High School. Having this been her first year as a part of the crew, Hope has learned all the hard work and dedication it takes, from behind the scenes, to make sure a show runs smoothly. Marie played Grandma Helene in last year’s production of Freaky Friday and also played Elvira in last fall’s production of Blithe Spirit.
